Shipping policy

At Clean All, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
- We aim to process orders as fast as possible. If there are delays due to high volume or other issues, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no additional charges at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times (Pakistan):
- Domestic Delivery: 4–5 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Track your shipment via the courier’s website.
If you don’t receive tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at cleanallstore@gmail.com.
4. Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at cleanallstore@gmail.com or call 0303-2071731.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Clean All is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier marks them as Delivered.
- If you have delivery issues, contact us and we’ll assist with the courier.
- For damaged orders, email cleanallstore@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.
6. Delays & External Circumstances
Delivery may be affected by weather, courier issues, strikes, seasonal volume, or other events. We’ll notify you of significant delays.
7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your address at checkout.
